Student accommodation at CIT Hostel is a “Home away from Home“. In our campus separate boys and girls hostel are available with propulsive facilities.

CIT aims at providing all students with high quality, hygienic and safe accommodation to meet individual needs. All rooms are furnished with bed, cupboard etc.

International Hostel – Boys

An International Hostel for Boys  was established during the academic year 2022-2023. There are 24 rooms which can accommodate 96 students with attached wash rooms with water heater. Each and every room has an AC, study room and wi-fi connectivity.

An International Hostel for Girls was established during the academic year 2022-2023. There are 10 rooms which can accommodate 40 students in with attached wash rooms with water heater. Each and every room has an AC, study table with chair and wi-fi connectivity.

Podhigai Boys Hostel

A beautiful hostel for boys is available in the campus with necessary amenities like individual cot, study table, chair & wardrobe with locking facility. The hostel is maintained so well with a team of our Maintenance staff. The hostel is provided with 24 hours power backup with good RO drinking water facility. The other facilities available include solar heaters, reading room, TV lounge, Volley Ball Court, Basket Ball Court, Shuttle Badminton Court indoor games like Carrom board, Table Tennis, Chess and a world class Gym. Students are provided with 24×7 high speed unlimited wi-fi internet facilities in the hostel.

Vaigai Girls Hostel

An exclusive & well secured hostel for girls is available for the students. The hostel is maintained by a well qualified team of Warden and maintenance staff. Our Girls hostel is provided with 24 hours power backup with good RO drinking water facility, reading room, TV lounge, Shuttle Badminton Court & indoor games like Carrom board, Table Tennis, Chess and a world class Gym. Students are provided with 24×7 high speed unlimited wi-fi internet facilities in the hostel.

Laptop, mobile phones are allowed to use inside the Hostel. Students can use COE and other lab facilities to involve in research activities. Girls students can also access the gym facility in the specific time both in the morning & in the evening. Students can involve in the sport activities. Hygienically prepared homely style Vegetarian & non Vegetarian food is provided in the hostel mess.

Smart Laundry

Smart Laundry Facility is available in both Boys & Girls Hostel powered by Hier. Students can use the low cost, energy efficient and eco friendly washing facility through the mobile app.
